What started as a mission to share authentic East Coast flavors with Northern California has grown into one of Roseville's most popular restaurants, rated 4.6 stars across more than 587 Google reviews.

Every Philly cheesesteak at Granite's Wings is hand-crafted to order using traditional preparation methods. The steak is sliced fresh and piled high with premium meats and melted cheese on a soft roll. The menu features 14 cheesesteak varieties, from the Original Cheese Steak with onions and American cheese to specialties like the New York Grinder with steak, pastrami, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and Swiss cheese.

The Buffalo wings are prepared exactly the way they are made in Buffalo, New York: hot, crispy, and served with blue cheese or ranch dressing, celery, and carrots. Guests choose from 8 sauce options including Original Buffalo, Buffalo Inferno, Garlic Parmesan, Hot and Sweet, BBQ, Teriyaki, and Lemon Pepper.
